Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days in most cases. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not shipped yet. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update or cancel it.

My order may arrive in more than one package. Why?
Items are sent from different warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate parcels. Each one gets its own tracking number.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Returns page for the full details.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Materials and care

What are your pieces made of?
Every product page lists the materials. Our silver is 925 sterling silver, gold-tone pieces are plated over sterling silver, and our pearls are cultured freshwater pearls. Moissanite pieces come with a GRA certificate for the stones.

Are freshwater pearls real pearls?
Yes. Cultured freshwater pearls are real pearls grown inside freshwater mussels. Because they grow naturally, each one is slightly different in shape, size and luster.

What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with more fire than a diamond and a hardness close to it, which makes it well suited to everyday wear.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Put jewelry on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before swimming or showering. Wipe pearls with a soft dry cloth and store them flat. Sterling silver can be brightened with a silver polishing cloth. Store pieces separately so they do not scratch each other.

Sizing

Which necklace length should I choose?
15 to 16 inches sits at the base of the neck, 18 inches falls just below the collarbone, and 20 inches sits a little lower, which works well over a collar or with layering.

Which bracelet length should I choose?
Measure your wrist and add about half an inch for a comfortable fit.
