Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons such as late November and December, or because of carrier delays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes.

Multiple packages

Items may ship from different warehouses. If your order arrives in more than one package, each package will have its own tracking number.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
